To help you keep your gambling habits under control and protect yourself, iButler Casino allows you to set various limits on your account. You may ask for these limits to be set-up for you by contacting support via email or telephone, or set them up by yourself by using the limits option from the website main menu. The types of limits that you can set-up are:
1. Bets limit per day/week/month: allows you to bet up to a specified amount during the specified interval.
2. Loss limit per day/week/month: allows you to lose up to a specified amount during the specified interval.
3. Play time limit per day/week/month: allows you to play up for a specified amount of time during the specified interval.
4. Exclusion period: excludes you from any gaming activity during a specified period (e.g. from 01/01/2009 09:00 to 01/01/2009 17:00)
For (1), (2) and (3), you can have limits set-up for all intervals (day, week, and month) in parallel. For example your daily bet limit can be 10 Euro, while your monthly bet limit can be 50 Euro. When the latter is reached, you are excluded from any gaming activity until the next month. If any of these limits are raised (or lowered, depending on limit type) or removed, a seven day period is required before the new limit is put into effect in which the old limit is still in effect.
